With your Word document open, left-click on the Office Button in the top left-hand corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear. Move your mouse over the Publish option and select Blog:
The Register a Blog Account pop-up window will appear asking if you want to register your account now, or later. Click on Register Now
The New Blog Account pop-up window will appear asking you to choose your blog provider:
Click on the down arrow to view your options. One of the options is WordPress.
Click on WordPress and then click on the Next button:
The New WordPress Account window appears.
Replace the text that reads <Enter your blog URL here> with your actual blog URL. Make sure you remove the <> symbols as well. In addition, type your User Name and your Password and put a checkmark in the Remember Password box and click OK:
The following warning window will appear:
If you don’t want this window to appear in the future, put a checkmark in the Don’t show this message again box. Click on Yes to continue.
The next window is a confirmation that you have successfully registered your account:
Now that you’ve registered your account you can click on the Publish button on the top left-hand corner of the page. The contents of your Word document will be published directly to your blog site. Make sure you type the Title of your blog entry where it says Enter Post Title Here before clicking on the Publish button.
In the future, all you need to do is type up your Word document and left-click on the Office Button in the top left-hand corner of the page. From the drop-down menu that appears, move your mouse over the Publish option and select Blog.
Give your document a Title and click on the Publish button. You can open Internet Explorer and go to your blog site to confirm that your blog has been posted.
